Description:
Role Description :- This is a full-time on-site role for a SailPoint Developer located in Gurugram.- The SailPoint Developer will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.- Responsibilities include designing and developing custom components, configuring identity and access management systems, and resolving issues related to identity and access management.Key Responsibilities :SailPoint IdentityIQ Development: Design, develop, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements.Configuration Management: Configure identity and access management systems using SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure effective access control and compliance.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and integration.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including security, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.Documentation: Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.Qualifications:- Experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including customization and implementation.- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices.- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies for customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.- Knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies such as SAML, LDAP, and OAuth.- Experience with databases, preferably Oracle and SQL, for data storage and retrieval in identity and access management systems.- Understanding of enterprise security principles and regulatory compliance requirements.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ is a plus.- Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
