Your role will involve leading project teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships. You will utilize your project management expertise, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to drive the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.Key Responsibilities :- Manage projects involving JavaScript, Mobile, Node.js, E-commerce, and PHP technologies, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.- Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.- Lead project teams of various sizes, providing direction, guidance, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.- Coordinate the development of project deliverables, including user manuals, training materials, and other documents required for successful implementation and turnover to clients.- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders, gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant project information to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.- Solve problems creatively, proactively identifying and addressing project risks and issues to mitigate potential impacts on project success.- Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables, managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.- Assist the Sales team with pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and insights to support client engagements.- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Basecamp, and Monday.com to facilitate project planning, tracking, and communication.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on JavaScript, Mobile, Node.js, E-commerce, and PHP projects.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively manage project risks and issues.- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.- Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and summarize project information.- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Proven track record of completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.- Knowledge of formal project management methodologies and tools.- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see projects through to completion.- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Basecamp, and Monday.com.( Candidate should must have coding background ) (ref:hirist.tech)
