Description:
Role Overview :- We are seeking a Lead Mobile Automation Engineer with a strong background in developing and implementing test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Appium, along with proficiency in Java and JavaScript.- This role involves leading automation efforts, developing test frameworks, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.Skill/Job Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline desired.- Experience in developing Test Automation Frameworks for both web applications using JAVA Selenium with TestNG and mobile applications using Appium JAVA Selenium with TestNG (for both IOS and Android platforms).- Hands-on experience in Continuous Integration Testing using Jenkins and GitLab, including knowledge of end-to-end pipeline execution and creation.- Proficiency in localization testing and implementation.- Excellent development background using Java and JavaScript.- Experience in developing Chrome plugins is a plus.- Understanding of API and its usage in Java.- Troubleshooting mindset with the ability to systematically break down systems or processes to identify failure mechanisms.- Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management.- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills.- Hands-on experience in testing process and documentation, including test cases, scripts, requirements traceability matrix (RTM), and defect reports.- Familiarity with Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.- Proven ability to develop, present, and justify positions to all levels within the company.- Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.- Quick learner with the ability to think out of the box and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
