Tech/ MCA/ MBA/M.sc (CS) Notice Period : Immediate to 15DaysJob Description : Position Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Functional Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and overall user experience of our website meet the highest standards. This position requires a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities :- Analyze and evaluate website functionality to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for website enhancements and new features.- Conduct thorough testing and validation of website functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and user expectations.- Work closely with web developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.- Preparing functional flow documents.- Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for further refinement and enhancement.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website functionality issues, working closely with IT support teams as needed.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in website functionality and user experience design.- Good experience in working with business product owners and should have excellent stake holder management skills.- Should have a good experience in JIRA & Scrum management which should include but not limited to managing, updating stories.Qualifications :- Proven experience in functional analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).- Knowledge on external integration involved in a website would be a plus.- Knowledge on Umbraco (CMS) would be a good addition.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Experience with website testing tools and methodologies.- Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement.
