Job Description :The Oracle Developer is focused on building the next generation of global financial data systems to support our clients' front office, middle office processes and back office risk, finance, compliance reporting, KYC, regulatory reporting and capital markets and banking needs. Our technologists work as a part of our technology delivery and consulting practice. Our developers work on high profile projects with both Business Analysts and prospective Application Managers in order to gather requirements, perform implementations and guide production rollouts while creating highly optimized batch and real-time applications and ensuring the overall success of their programs.Job Duties :- Develop, implement, and maintain Oracle database applications and solutions.- Design and develop database architecture for various business needs.- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Participate in database design discussions and code reviews.- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate access controls and encryption techniques.- Create and maintain technical documentation related to database design, processes, and procedures.- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, trends, and best practices.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven work experience as an Oracle Developer or similar role.- Min 5 years of hands-on application experience using Oracle database.- Oracle: Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Joins, Indexes, Cursors, Dynamic SQL, Performance & Query Tuning.- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming and experiences in executing Stored Procedures.- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling techniques.- Experience with Oracle database administration tasks is a plus.- Familiarity with Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, and OEM.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Professional) are desirable but not mandatory (ref:hirist.tech)
