Hiring CriteriaMandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 7+ YOE experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Mandatory (Experience 2) - Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components,Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST)Mandatory (Core Skills) - 3 years experience with deployment.(CPQ, sales cloud, service cloud functionalities)Mandatory (Education) - BE / BTECH / MCA / BCAAre you fine working from 4:40pm to 2:30am?Role & Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform for both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.- Collaborate with business analysts, salesforce admins, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements to ensure solutions align with business goals.- Leverage expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools to build robust and user-friendly applications.- Develop and maintain Service Cloud functionalities, including customizing the console, building custom components, and integrating with external systems.- Configure workflows, automation rules, and business logic to automate processes and improve efficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to Salesforce best practices.- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Ideal Candidate:Qualifications:- Proven experience in Salesforce development (5+ years) with expertise in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.- Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Mandatory Skills:- CPQ - 2yrs with deployment experience.- Sales Cloud -2 +.- Service Cloud functionalities - 2+.- Proficiency in Apex programming. Visualforce. Lightning Web Components. Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).Optional Skills:- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs a plus. (ref:hirist.tech)
