Roles & Responsibilities :L3 Deliverables :- Monthly call analysis- Managing and reconfiguring replication- Audit of administrator accounts- Snapshot or Snap Mirror Management- Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis- Performance tuning suggest by OEM- Updating and maintenance of FMEA, CFIA, Availability, Capacity management- Risk Analysis and mitigation planning- Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions- Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures- Preparing, maintaining and updating of SOP and KBase- Maintaining and updating of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents- Incident / Problem / Change management- All minor and major updates / upgradesL2 Deliverables :- Liaisoning with vendors for ticket logging / ticket resolution / updates on tickets / escalation- Preparation of Preventive Maintenance calendar- NAS access control review- Storage Volumes, LUN, Aggregate, Pool, S3 bucket, Storage service levels management- Raid or Array group Management & Zone administration.- S3 bucket provisioning and configuration- Diagnostic event logs & troubleshooting- Performance / Space Utilization Trend Analysis based on availability of the OEM Reporting Tool- Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents- Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis- Certificate management- SAN Fabric expansion- Monitoring health of storage app specific suits- Weekly capacity management & auto grow reports.- Adherence to the process- Integration of new devices in different tools- Maintain connectivity details for SAN infra.- Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management- Keeping track of incident with timestamp and publishing the same on periodic basis- Completing storage or SAN upgrade, code upgrade or maintenance activities in association with principle vendor- Completing cabling activities in association with cabling vendor- Returning faulty parts to respective principle vendor and maintaining tracker of the same- Share owner details for all shares deployed in bank environment- Shared or common drive migration activities.- Inventory of storage, NAS and SAN equipment deployed in bank environment- Monitoring health of storage tool specific suites.- Identifying and removing of unwanted and hanging zones from SAN switches- Migration of data from existing / old storage to new storage.
