Position: Python DeveloperLocation: PuneExperience: 5-8 yearsJob Description:As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Python, Pyspark, SQL, and Data Structures to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and optimizing Python-based applications and data pipelines to support various business needs. Below are the detailed responsibilities:- Software Development: Develop robust and scalable Python applications and scripts to address complex business requirements, ensuring code quality, reliability, and performance.- Data Processing: Utilize Pyspark and SQL for data processing tasks, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), data cleansing, and integration from multiple sources.- Algorithm Implementation: Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures in Python to solve computational problems and optimize application performance.- Database Management: Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to design schemas, write SQL queries, and optimize database performance for data storage and retrieval.- Data Analysis and Visualization: Perform data analysis using Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) to derive insights from structured and unstructured data sets, and visualize results using tools like Matplotlib or Plotly.- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver projects on time.- Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and debug issues to ensure the reliability and maintainability of the codebase.- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, API specifications, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure project continuity.- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development, data engineering, and cloud computing, and apply them to enhance the organization's technical capabilities.- Agile Methodologies: Adhere to Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project success.This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your Python expertise and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth and success.
