About the Job Skills :- Greenfield Projects- SAP S/4HANA- SAP PP- SAP PM- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)- SAP QM- Plant MaintenanceManufacturing :- We are looking to hire a full-time SAP PM,PP,QM_IT Business Partner - Manufacturing for one our leading FMCG Client in Bangalore- It would be required for him/her to play a critical role in driving digital transformation and operational excellence within the manufacturing function by implementing relevant technology platforms to automate, digitalize and transform manufacturing operations- Work week: Mon- Sat with 2nd & 4th Sat offLocation - BangaloreEducation : An MBA (preferably with a BE/BTech)ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with manufacturing and factory teams to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technology needs, and translate them into IT initiatives and solutions.- Lead the implementation and optimization of solutions relevant to manufacturing operations, including Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.- Drive digital factory initiatives to enhance automation, efficiency, and visibility across manufacturing processes, leveraging technologies such as IoT, data analytics, and robotics.- Develop and implement solutions for production planning and scheduling, capacity management, and resource optimization, aligning with business priorities and operational requirements.- Partner with quality management teams to implement and maintain quality control processes, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure robust and secure connectivity for manufacturing systems and equipment.- Facilitate change management and adoption of new technologies within the manufacturing environment, providing training, support, and documentation as needed.- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in manufacturing and IT, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.An MBA (preferably with a BE/BTech)Professional :- 10+ years of experience in SAP PM,PP,QM_IT Business partnering or similar roles, with a focus on manufacturing operations and SAP implementation & S4HANA Implementations.- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Production Planning, Execution, Maintenance, and Quality Management.- Hands-on experience with SAP modules relevant to manufacturing operations, such as PP, MM, QM, and MES.- Experience with digital factory initiatives, including IoT, data analytics, robotics, and automation technologies.- Experience working with industry-specific manufacturing solutions or platforms.- Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
