Job Description:As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Customer Service Management (CSM), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to address the specific needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, including risk management, compliance management, policy management, audit management, and security incident response. - Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. - Configure ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM), to enhance customer support processes and optimize service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions that meet business needs and objectives. - Perform system integration tasks to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow. - Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team members, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards. - Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs). - Experience designing and implementing solutions for GRC processes, such as risk management, compliance management, and audit management, using ServiceNow GRC module. - Familiarity with Customer Service Management (CSM) module in ServiceNow, including case management, incident management, and self-service portal configuration. - Solid understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
