With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an exceptional Researcher.What kind of work will you be doing :As a Product Manager at [Company Name], you will be at the forefront of our product development process, responsible for guiding products from conception to launch and beyond. Your role will involve :1. Defining Product Vision and Strategy :- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the path to achieving product objectives.2. Market Research and Competitive Analysis :- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.- Analyze competitors' products to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for differentiation.3. Customer Focus and Engagement :- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.- Work closely with customer support and sales teams to understand customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.4. Data Analysis and Insights :- Analyze product performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.- Use data to make informed decisions and validate hypotheses.5. Communication and Collaboration :- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and team members.- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across different teams to ensure a cohesive product development process.6. Launch and Go-to-Market :- Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.- Monitor post-launch performance and iterate on the product based on feedback and data.Skills Required :- Prior Experience with a Martech based Product company- Excellent communication skills, B. Tech/ Engineering education background is a must.- 4+ years experience in a Martech based Product company- Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs): Knowledge of how these technologies can be integrated into products to enhance functionality and user experience.Technical Skills :1. Product Lifecycle Management: Understanding the stages of product development from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance.2. Data Analysis : Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions about product direction and performance.3. Market Research : Conducting and analyzing market research to understand customer needs and market opportunities.4. Project Management : Skills to manage timelines, resources, and tasks effectively.5. User Experience (UX) Design : Basic understanding of UX principles to ensure the product is user-friendly and meets customer needs.6. Agile Methodology : Familiarity with agile frameworks and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.Soft Skills :1. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, convey information, and coordinate with various stakeholders.2. Leadership : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product vision.3. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to identify issues, think critically, and develop effective solutions.4.
