Data Integration and ETL Development :- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to target systems.- Implement best practices for ETL development and data integration.AWS Cloud Solutions :- Utilize AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, and RDS for data storage, processing, and analytics.- Develop, deploy, and manage data pipelines and workflows in AWS environments.Performance Optimization :- Optimize and tune ETL processes and data pipelines for performance and scalability.- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability of data integration solutions.Collaboration and Documentation :- Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.- Document ETL processes, data flows, and integration solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Quality Assurance :- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.- Implement data quality checks and controls within ETL processes.Required Qualifications :Educational Background :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Professional Experience :- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration.- Extensive experience with Talend Data Integration Suite.- Strong experience with AWS services related to data processing and storage (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, RDS).Technical Skills :- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or another relevant language.- Experience with Big Data technologies and frameworks is a plus (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
