Role :- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise software or SaaS products;- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.- Passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex problems in the B2B space.Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for full stack internal software with ERP, P2P, customer interface and other tech products targeting B2B customers in the chemical industry.- Conduct market research and gather insights to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams, to define product requirements and prioritize feature development based on business objectives.- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with Mstack's strategic goals and addresses market opportunities- Build process flows and product design to scale operations across multiple geographies (ref:hirist.tech)
