Role : The Salesforce QA professional is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations. They design and execute test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions.Responsibilities :- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and specifications.- Execute manual and automated testing for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.- Identify and document defects, bugs, and issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new changes.- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.- Participate in user acceptance testing and provide guidance to end-users.- Maintain and update test scripts, test data, and test environments as needed.- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance quality assurance.
