Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Full stack Developer with a strong ownership mindset to join our OneFin engineering team to help design, develop and deliver customized software solutions for our clients.Responsibilities :1. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering Onefin teams (LOS, LMS, and IE) to understand business requirements of our clients and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.2. Design and implement backend solutions using Python-Django, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.3. Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using AngularJS, delivering seamless user experiences4. Design and implement backend infrastructure and APIs.5. Write high quality clean, well-documented, and efficient code that is robust, readable and scales.6. Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to technical challenges.7. Utilize AWS services to architect, deploy, and manage applications in a cloud environment.8. Implement asynchronous task processing using Celery and Redis to optimize application performance.9. Mentor and assist junior developers at Onefin, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.10. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to improve the development process and enhance the quality of the applications.Requirements and Qualifications :1. Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field from top IITs (Indian institutes of technology)2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Full stack Software Development, preferably in Fintech or BFSI sectors.3. Proficiency in Django, Python3, Celery, Angular and Postgres, and expertise in Git. Django, Celery, Redis and Unix Shell is an added advantage4. Experience in designing extensible DRY code.5. Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.6. Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.8. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.9.
