Job Title: Area Sales Manager CTC- UPTO 15LPA Location: Agra Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the assigned area. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
