Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Technical Discipline.- 7-12 Years Of Software Industry Experience With Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.Skills Requirement : - Full Stack Developer With Solid Experience In Java, React, Redux, Springboot-Based Micro Services, Rest, Graph QL.- Well-Versed With Solid Coding Practices And Design Patterns.- Proficiency In Using Advanced Data Structures And Algorithms.- Relational Databases Knowledge (Oracle, SQL Sybase/MySQL).- Well-Versed With SDLC And Tools Like Git, GitLab, Gradle, And Terraform.- Experience In Test-Driven Development- Hands-On Experience With Testing Frameworks Such As Junit- A Sound Understanding Of SDLC Processes.- Foundational Knowledge Of AWS.- Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills.- Team Handling/Mentoring Experience Is Mandatory.
