Job Location : MangaloreCTC : 12 to 15 LPAExperience : 5 to 8yrsKey Requirements : - Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience in the similar field.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related field.- Proven experience as a System and Network Administrator or similar role.- Proficiency in network protocols, server administration, and troubleshooting techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Preferably looking for an immediate joinerResponsibility : - Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade customer's networks and in-house servers.- Install and integrate new system hardware and applications.- Ensure that email and data storage networks work properly.- Support and administer third-party applications.- Ensure network security and connectivity.- Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, coordinate computer network access and use, and test for weaknesses.- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.- Resolve problems reported by the end-user. -Define network policies and procedures.- Specify system requirements and design solutions.- Administer and monitor VoIP Avaya systems.- Consult clients to specify system requirements and design solutions.- Work with IT support personnel.- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.- Perform routine network start up and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.- Analyse equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement.- Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.- Make sure that employees' workstations are working efficiently, and they stay connected to the central computer network.Location : Mangalore, Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
