Job Type : Part-Time/ContractJob Summary :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Trainer on a part-time basis to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on ServiceNow products and services to clients and internal teams. The trainer will create and update training materials, conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure that trainees are proficient in using ServiceNow solutions.Key Responsibilities :Develop and Deliver Training Programs :- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, and online resources related to SecOps and Service Now- Certifications on SIR, VR, IRM, BCM, and TPRM preferred.- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for a variety of audiences, including end-users, administrators, and developers.- Utilize various training methods such as instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, e-learning modules, and hands-on labs. Assess Training Needs :- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.Provide Ongoing Support :- Offer post-training support to ensure trainees can effectively use ServiceNow products.- Act as a point of contact for trainees to resolve queries and provide additional resources as needed.Stay Current with ServiceNow Updates :- Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow product releases and features.- Continuously improve training content to reflect changes and new functionalities in ServiceNow.Documentation and Reporting :- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.- Generate reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for management review.The key words are ServiceNow Trainer, must have - experience in training SecOps modules.
