Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BASIS Technical Consultant with a passion for cloud migration to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting the migration of SAP systems to the AWS cloud platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their expertise in SAP BASIS administration and cloud technologies to drive business transformation.Responsibilities :- Lead and execute SAP system migrations to AWS, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.- Assess existing SAP landscapes and develop tailored migration strategies aligned with business needs.- Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP BASIS administration, including system installations, configurations, upgrades, and performance optimization.- Configure and manage AWS infrastructure components like VPCs, EC2 instances, RDS databases, and S3 storage to support SAP workloads.- Utilize AWS migration tools and methodologies to streamline the migration process while adhering to best practices.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure a smooth migration journey.- Maintain strong understanding of SAP architecture, encompassing SAP NetWeaver, ABAP, and Java stacks.- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP product installations and configurations, including experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) migration.- Experience with SAP Solution Manager (Solman) and Change Request Management (ChaRM) is a plus.- Possess strong knowledge of HANA, MS-SQL, and Sybase ASE databases.- Proven experience working with Windows and RHEL operating systems.- Expertise in cloud infrastructure setup, particularly AWS, is essential.- Familiarity with Azure-to-AWS data migration is a valuable asset.Qualifications :- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant.- Proven track record of successfully migrating SAP systems to the AWS cloud platform.- Strong understanding of SAP BASIS administration principles and practices.- In-depth knowledge of SAP system landscapes, installations, upgrades, and performance optimization techniques.- Proficiency in configuring and managing AWS infrastructure components.- Experience with SAP product installations and configurations, including BOBJ migration (preferred).- Working knowledge of Solman and ChaRM (preferred).- Strong understanding of HANA, MS-SQL, and Sybase ASE databases.- Experience with Windows and RHEL operating systems.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Location : Delhi (ref:hirist.tech)
