The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Service Manager (SCSM), Orchestrator, and Virtual Machine Manager (VMM). Additionally, proficiency in SQL administration/configuration, Windows and Linux operating systems, Azure, and networking is essential for this role.Responsibilities :System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) :- Utilize specific knowledge of SCOM 2016 and subsequent versions for effective monitoring and management of IT infrastructure.- Configure and manage Management Packs, Overrides, Rules, and Monitors to ensure efficient monitoring of applications and services.System Center Service Manager (SCSM) :- Leverage knowledge of SCSM 2016 and subsequent versions for ticketing and incident management processes.- Assist in configuring and customizing SCSM to align with organizational requirements.System Center Orchestrator :- Utilize System Center Orchestrator for automation of routine tasks and workflows, improving operational efficiency.System Center Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) :- Utilize specific knowledge of VMM 2016 and subsequent versions for managing virtualized environments and resources.SQL Administration/Configuration :- Manage and configure SQL databases, including basic knowledge of T-SQL syntax and WMI functionality.Operating Systems and Networking :- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network protocols.- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and administration.ITIL/MOF Certification :- Possess ITIL certification or Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) certification (optional but preferred).Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 7 to 9 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on SCEM/SCOM, SQL administration, and Windows/Linux systems administration.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Location : Hyderabad (ref:hirist.tech)
