Job Description : Java Backend Developer with Spring Boot & Microservices on AWSPosition Overview :We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture, along with experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that power our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.- Implement microservices architecture to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our applications.- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure application stability and performance.- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.- Continuously improve and optimize the performance, scalability, and security of the backend services.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer, with a strong understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Key Competencies :- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.- Experience with microservices architecture.- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.- Understanding of RESTful API design and development.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
