Responsibilities :- Web Application Development : Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using LifeRay and ReactJS, ensuring high performance and exceptional user experience.- Database Management : Utilize expertise in database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle DB, and MySQL for efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation, overseeing database design and optimization efforts.- Code Development : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in programming languages such as LifeRay, ReactJS, HTML, and JavaScript, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions and actionable development tasks, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the process.- Framework Integration : Lead the implementation and integration of frameworks such as Django, Angular, ASP. NET MVC, and ASP. NET Web API to enhance application functionality and support business requirements, driving architectural decisions and design patterns.- Elasticsearch Configuration : Configure and utilize Elasticsearch for efficient search and indexing capabilities, optimizing performance and relevancy of search results, overseeing the design and implementation of search functionalities.- Testing and Quality Assurance : Establish and enforce rigorous testing procedures, conducting thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability, security, and scalability, identifying and addressing any defects or issues proactively, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.- Technology Adoption : Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability and incorporating them into project development where applicable to drive innovation and efficiency, providing strategic guidance on technology adoption and implementation.Preferred Skill Set :Primary :- SQL Server- Oracle DB / MySQL / Postgres- LifeRay- ReactJS / AngularJS- HTML- JavaScript- DjangoSecondary :- PL/SQL- Elasticsearch- MongoDB- RestAPI- Docker & KubernetesQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 10-12 years of experience in web application development, database management, and technical leadership roles.- Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership in complex software development environments.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
