Job Description :We are seeking a seasoned Senior Database Engineer with expertise in MongoDB, MySQL, Cosmos DB, NoSQL, and extensive experience with Azure Data Platform services. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of database technologies, proficiency in designing and building data pipelines, and expert-level understanding of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting data solutions on both on-premises and cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Big Data production support. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities :- Database Expertise : Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in MongoDB, MS SQL, and NoSQL databases, including design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.- Azure Data Platform : Utilize expert-level understanding of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and solutions on the Azure cloud platform.- Data Pipeline Development : Design and build data pipelines using various ingestion and streaming methods, leveraging APIs and Azure services for efficient data processing and integration.- Azure SQL Managed Instance : Apply knowledge of Azure SQL Managed Instance to optimize database performance, scalability, and security in Azure cloud environments.- Big Data Production Support : Provide production support for Big Data solutions deployed on both on-premises and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.- Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and management, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address issues promptly.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 8-12 years of experience in database engineering, with a focus on MongoDB, MySQL, Cosmos DB, and NoSQL databases.- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services, with expert-level understanding and hands-on experience.- Experience designing and building data pipelines using API, ingestion, and streaming methods.- Knowledge of Azure SQL Managed Instance and its optimization techniques.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
