Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP HANA Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and optimization of our SAP HANA landscape. You will work closely with other IT professionals and business users to ensure optimal system performance and availability.Responsibilities:- Perform system administration tasks for SAP HANA, including installation, configuration, and user management- Monitor system health and performance, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions- Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA systems- Optimize SAP HANA performance through tuning and troubleshooting techniques- Apply security best practices to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of data within SAP HANA- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages (e.g., SQL)- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HANA features and functionalities- Provide technical support to business users regarding SAP HANA access and functionalityQualifications:- Minimum of 2+ years of experience administering SAP HANA systems- Proven understanding of SAP HANA architecture, components, and functionalities- Experience with SAP HANA administration tools (e.g., SAP HANA Studio, SAP HANA Cockpit)- Strong knowledge of database administration principles and practices- Experience with security best practices for SAP HANA systems- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology (SAP HANA)- Be part of a team that keeps critical business systems running smoothly- Continuous learning and development opportunities (ref:hirist.tech)
