Description:
Overview : Oracle Finance Techno-Functional (Production Support) plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the Oracle Finance system within the organization. This role involves providing technical and functional support to maintain the stability and efficiency of the Oracle Finance module.Key Responsibilities :- Who can lead the production support functional and technical team and have an overall understanding of the functionality, Should have good application expertise.- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.- Good in Costing module.- Testing and documentation skills; Debugging and troubleshooting skills.- Would be 70% functional and 30% technical (Out of 30% technical, he should be able to write SQL queries, Debugging if required).- Provide technical and functional support for the Oracle Finance system.- Resolve production support issues and incidents promptly.- Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and customizations.- Perform system testing and support end users during UAT.- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Finance with other systems.- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.- Provide training and support to end users as required. Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance techno-functional support.- Strong understanding of Oracle Finance modules and their integration with other systems.- Proficiency in SQL, Debugging and Oracle E-Business Suite.- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in system testing and UAT support.- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Oracle certifications in finance modules are an advantage.
