Principal Java EngineerResponsibilities: - Build high quality code following unit testing and test-driven development- Experience with multiple AWS services including SQS, Lambda, DynamoDb, CloudFormation, Step, S3, DocumentDb, API Gateway, etc.- Exposure to Java/Python is also nice to have.- Experience developing and testing RESTful APIs Monitoring, Metrics and Auditing, AWS CloudWatch (Metrics, Logs, Alarms,Synthetics), EventBridge, CloudTrail, SNS.- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum setting, including partnering with business analysts, other developers and testers, and implementing solutions related to creative process- Experience with third-party APIs and Web Services, API Gateways- Understanding of container technologies like Docker- Experience with code management tools like Git, GitHub- Understanding of spec driven development and experience with swagger.Technologies You Will Use:- AWS- JavaScript, REST APIs- SQS, Lambda, DynamoDb- CloudFormation, Step, S3, DocumentDb, API Gateway- MySQL, MongoDB- CSS3, HTML5 and CSS- Docker, JenkinsSkills Required: - 5-7 years Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other equivalent experience in software development/IT- 3+ years' experience in developing full-stack, web technology solutions- Utilizing: JavaScript, NODE JS, REST APIs, Amazon Web Services, micro services, serverless design/technologies- Hands-on experience with Relational and NoSQL database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, etc. is highly preferred- Should have a very strong foundation in JavaScript, and must have a clear understanding of basic web fundamentals such as prototype-based inheritance, scopes, Event Loop, Memory Management in JS, etc- Should be good at developing micro front-end applications and is expected to have the knowledge to create good abstractions that can be reused- Should have Hands-on with latest tooling in Front End and should know how to configure, use and integrate various Front-End Build, Compile and- Packaging tools such as Grunt, Webpack, Gulp, etc- Should have very good hands-on knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and CSS Pre- processors such as SASS, LESS, etc- Should have some Hands-on experience in Java 8+, of developing RESTful web services- Should have a solid understanding of source code management using GIT.- Familiarity with the software development process, including specification, quality assurance, and documentation.- Advanced interpersonal skills to effectively promote ideas, collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders to reach decisions- Detail-oriented with respect to software development process, communication and documentation- Capable of performing requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.Work mode: HybridExperience: 10+Location: AundhCTC: 30 - 32 LPA (ref:hirist.tech)
