Description:
Responsibilities:- You take the lead on directing and implementing solutions to moderately complex, loosely scoped problems that are aligned with your team's goals.- Your work extends to many parts of a product or system.- You deliver projects independently or by leading your teammates to do so.- You enable other engineers on your team to be successful.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals and technical requirements.- Utilize your expertise in frontend development to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.- Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.- Develop responsive and interactive UI components, leveraging technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Create prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.- Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend systems.- Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in frontend development and incorporate them into your workflow.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.- Proven 4-7 years of experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role, with a robust portfolio showcasing your frontend projects.- Proficiency in frontend development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries like React.js or Vue.js.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.- Experience working in agile development environments is Advantageous.Experience: 5 to 7Location: PuneCTC: 20- 25 LPA (ref:hirist.tech)
