Job Description :We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design and possess a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms.Key Responsibilities :UI/UX Design :- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces using Figma.- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.- Work closely with the product team to iterate on the design of features and functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience from start to finish.- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.Graphic Design :- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create visual elements such as logos, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials that align with our brand identity.- Work with the marketing team to ensure that all graphics and designs are in line with our brand guidelines, acting as the gatekeeper for brand consistency across all visual communications.- Collaborate with the marketing team on various campaigns and projects, providing creative ideas and solutions for print and digital media.- Manage and execute all graphic design tasks, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.Eligibility Criteria :Educational Qualification :- At least a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field or relevant work experience to compensate for the degree.Experience :- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects, including work with Figma.- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.Skills :- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.- A keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring that the final product aligns with our brand standards and is of the highest quality.
