Job Description :- Lead SAP payroll data conversion projects, ensuring successful extraction, transformation, and loading of payroll data from legacy systems to SAP.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design effective conversion strategies.- Develop and implement ETL processes to extract data from legacy payroll solutions and transform it into SAP-compatible formats.- Analyze and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the conversion process.- Design and implement data validation procedures to verify the accuracy of converted data.- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define conversion scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Provide guidance and support to junior team members involved in data conversion activities.- Document conversion processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference.- Monitor conversion progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.- Conduct post-conversion validation to ensure the successful migration of data into SAP payroll systems.Skills : Sap, payroll, data conversion.Exp : 5 to 10 years.
