Responsibilities:- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to define key KPIs related to customer experience and funnel efficiencies, aligning them with business objectives.- Segmentation and Analysis: Derive segment features and key drivers of KPIs to establish causal relationships, using advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns and trends.- Hypothesis Development: Deep dive into the assessment of key drivers for KPIs by formulating relevant business hypotheses and quantifying the impact of these drivers on the relevant KPI, providing actionable insights for decision-making.- Quantitative Analysis: Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights, leveraging statistical methods, data visualization, and other analytical tools to uncover insights and trends.- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior business and data analysts, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster their professional growth and development.Requirements:- Analytical Skills: Thorough knowledge of product and business analytics concepts, including decision strategy and user experience insights, with a proven ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive business outcomes.- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, with a track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, with experience in Python and Spark being welcomed for advanced analytics and data processing tasks.- Problem-Solving: Ability to structure business problem statements and design execution plans, using a structured approach to address complex business challenges and drive results.- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, including Product, Business, and other cross-functional teams, using clear and concise language and data visualization techniques.
