As an AMS (Application Management Services) Solution Architect at [Company Name], you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive AMS solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing management of applications.Key Responsibilities :- Solution Design : Develop and implement robust AMS solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.- Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to final implementation and support.- Integration : Ensure seamless integration of AMS solutions with existing systems and third-party applications. Design and implement interfaces and APIs as needed.- Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize AMS solutions to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.- Governance : Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and policies for AMS architecture and development.- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and user guides.- Collaboration : Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of AMS projects. Provide support and troubleshooting as needed.- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Propose innovative solutions to enhance our AMS offerings.- Client Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide technical expertise. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience : 6 to 12 years of experience in AMS or related fields, with a strong background in solution architecture.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in application management and support processes.- Strong knowledge of AMS tools and platforms.- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data integration techniques.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.Location: Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
