Job Description :As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts on various projects, from conceptualization to final implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the user experience and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.Key Responsibilities :- Design Leadership: Lead the UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all platforms.- User Research: Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform design decisions. Create user personas, journey maps, and conduct competitive analysis.- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.- Visual Design: Create visually compelling and innovative design solutions that align with the company's brand identity and design standards.- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Incorporate best practices and innovative design methodologies into the workflow.- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.- Experience : 7 to 10 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and creative solutions.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and others.- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (knowledge of front-end frameworks is a plus).- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.Design Skills :- Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to design challenges.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple stakeholders.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
