Job Description :As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise-wide architecture that supports the organization's strategy and goals. You will work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and IT teams to develop and manage architecture frameworks, ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.Key Responsibilities :- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. Ensure the architecture is flexible and adaptable to future business needs.- Architecture Development: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, integrated solutions that meet business needs. This includes data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and business architecture.- Governance: Establish and enforce architecture principles, guidelines, and standards.- Conduct regular architecture reviews to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.- Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies that enhance the organization's capabilities and competitive edge.- Integration: Lead efforts to integrate disparate systems and processes across the enterprise. Ensure that all systems communicate effectively and efficiently.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to understand requirements, identify solutions, and ensure alignment between IT and business strategies.- Project Oversight: Provide architectural oversight for major projects and initiatives, ensuring that solutions are aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and design patterns.- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the enterprise architecture.- Address any issues or inefficiencies promptly.- Training and Mentorship: Educate and mentor IT staff and stakeholders on architecture best practices and emerging technologies.Qualifications :- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a proven track record in enterprise architecture roles.Technical Skills :- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).- Proficiency in architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA).- Extensive experience with IT infrastructure, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise integration patterns.- Knowledge of application development frameworks and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, microservices).- Familiarity with data architecture principles and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.- Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.- Strong organizational and project management skills.
