Job Description :Required skills :We are looking for a candidate with experience in developing a Data Engineering platform, you should also have hands-on experience in most of the following key areas :1. Hands on enterprise experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Data Visualization like Splunk, Qlik & Grafana2. Object-oriented/object function scripting languages in Python and R Working with raw data, structured, semi-structured and unstructured data (SQL and NoSQL) Experience combining large, disconnected datasets using relevant tools and frameworks 3. Building and optimizing ETL / ELT data pipelines Experience of source control, Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment through CICD Pipelines4. Supporting and working with BI and Analytics teams in a dynamic environment Able to collaborate and effectively pair programs with other engineers5. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or other agile frameworks is beneficialWork with Agile methodology, representing the Pod and Area lead in standups and problem-solving meetings 6. Drive the creation of technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality7. Enables SRE culture through solving problems with data engineeringDesirable skills :- Hands-on enterprise experience with Hadoop, Spark, Splunk, Kafka, Qlik & Grafana2.
