We are hiring a Firewall Engineer for one of our clientJob location - RemoteExp : 7+ years Job Type : Contract (6 Months + Extendable)Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Job Description :Responsibilities :- Assess firewall policies to identify issues such as overly permissive, shadow, and underutilized rules.- Provide input on the risk of identified issues to drive triage and prioritization.- Assist in reorganizing firewall security policy to better achieve GoDaddy's network security goals and align with industry best practices.- Regularly audit firewall configuration against approved security policy to detect non-compliance.- Analyze firewall logs to identify potential threats and malicious activity.- Execute firewall changes in accordance with GoDaddy's change management policy.- Assist in ongoing maintenance and monitoring of firewall health, including patch and vulnerability management.Skills and Experience :- 7+ years of firewall operations experience, including deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).- Must be expert in Juniper SRX firewalls.- Must have Juniper Security Director (JSD)experience.- Must have Tufin experience.- Palo Alto and Cisco firewall experience is preferred.
