Description:

Responsibilities: - Design and develop user-friendly SharePoint sites, subsites, and document libraries using SharePoint Designer workflows and user interface (UI) elements.- Create and configure customizable workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency within the SharePoint environment.- Develop and modify SharePoint forms using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer to capture and manage data effectively.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions.- Ensure proper navigation and information architecture within SharePoint sites for optimal user experience.- Implement best practices for content management, version control, and metadata tagging within SharePoint.- Maintain existing SharePoint sites and workflows, performing updates and bug fixes as needed.- Stay current with the latest advancements in SharePoint technologies and functionalities.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on navigating and utilizing SharePoint features.- May assist with user training and documentation for new SharePoint deployments or functionalities.Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience working with SharePoint Designer.- Proven ability to design and develop workflows using SharePoint Designer.- Working knowledge of SharePoint site administration and configuration.- Experience with InfoPath forms or other content creation tools a plus.- Excellent understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Skills: Sharepoint Designer, Sharepoint , Infopath, User Experience.
