Our team is fully committed to adding value at every stage of your journey with us, from initial engagement to Delivery and Beyond.Role Description : As a Senior iOS+Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing mobile applications for iOS platforms using Flutter.- Your expertise will be essential in communicating effectively with clients, providing regular updates, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.- You will diagnose and fix performance issues and bugs, mentor junior team members, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities : Client Communication : Effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide regular status updates to the lead/manager.Code Development : Design and develop well-structured and optimized code for iOS platforms using Flutter, ensuring high performance and reliability of mobile applications.Performance Optimization : Diagnose and fix performance issues and bugs to improve application functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.Compliance : Ensure designs comply with specifications and prepare and produce software releases according to project timelines and requirements.Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new features and functionalities, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the mobile application.Requirements Analysis : Gather requirements, analyze project efforts, and estimate timelines accurately to ensure successful project delivery.Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and knowledge-sharing to foster their professional growth and development.Technology Investigation : Investigate alternative technologies, evaluate their suitability for the project, and present them for architectural review, ensuring the adoption of best practices and emerging trends.Continuous Improvement : Support continuous improvement initiatives by staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, contributing to the enhancement of development processes and methodologies.Experience Required : 6 to 10 yearsRequirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 6 to 10 years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on iOS platforms and Flutter framework.- Proven experience in communicating effectively with clients, providing regular updates, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.- Strong proficiency in designing and developing optimized code for iOS platforms using Flutter, with a focus on performance and reliability.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix performance issues and bugs efficiently.- Experience in complying with specifications, preparing software releases, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and requirements.- Ability to gather requirements, analyze project efforts, and estimate timelines accurately.- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.- Familiarity with alternative technologies and emerging trends in mobile application development, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
