Key Responsibilities :Product Strategy and Vision : - Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the supply chain finance bidding portal. - Align product goals with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Product Development and Lifecycle Management : - Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support. - Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, market demand, and strategic goals.Team Leadership : - Mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.Stakeholder Engagement : - Engage with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback. - Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.Performance Metrics and Analysis : - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. - Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.Compliance and Risk Management : - Ensure the product complies with relevant financial regulations and industry standards. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).- 5+ years of product management experience.- Extensive experience in supply chain finance, financial technology, or related industries.- Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.- Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing product teams.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
