Developer Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will lead HR initiatives and business administration functions for India. You will work closely together with our leadership team. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit. Expected Activities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage end-to-end recruitment from job designing to hiring Bridge the gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Identify performance gaps and work collaboratively with managers to implement Performance Improvement Plans. Represent the company at industry events and conferences through public speaking engagements. Demonstrate strong email writing skills for effective internal and external communication. Qualifications and Skills Must hold MBA (preferably with HR specialization) from a reputed institute At least four years of hands-on experience at a similar capacity at one of the IT/management consulting firms. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Desired characteristics in candidates Effective communication skills (in English and Hindi) for technical and non-technical audiences Analytical and proven problem-solving skills High Emotional IQ Embraces challenges Team-orientation rather than an individual contributor Expected Activities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage end-to-end recruitment from job designing to hiring Bridge the gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
