We host events across 5 continents and have a client base that includes some of the world's most recognisable companies (Google, IBM, Oracle, McAfee, Amazon, HPE) Job Summary: DCR is responsible for organising, analysing and interpreting business information and raw data to assist in decision-making activities. The role of a DCR is to conduct research, collect and manage data and databases, and develop the data and result into a format easily representable to other employees. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the delegate team which will allocate daily and weekly tasks based on the needs of the business. Responsibilities: Maintain a consistent quality of work and continuous improvement Provide internal support to the delegate team Research new leads and manage our existing data Ensure data is up to date, through research on different channels Find missing data through research on different channels Consistently hit and exceed target of the tasks requested Maintain a clean and up to date CRM database in agreement with the guidelines provided Report daily on targets, tasks and issues Personal Skills: Detail focused, team player who also works on their own initiative Work diligently in fast moving environment Driven by working to and meeting targets Good understanding of industries and regions Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent data entry skills Excellent time management and reporting skills Powered by JazzHR
