Description:

Raising & Sending invoices to customers on a timely basis. Perform administrative and clerical functions as needed such as recording changes required in customer data, etc. Contact & Follow up with customers by appropriate means, which may include mail, phone, or personal visits, etc. to notify defaulting customers of account status and to solicit payment. Reply & resolve billing related queries through mail, calls or personal visits. Collect and posts payments into respective customer accounts in co-ordination with central accounts team and achieve collection targets. Prepare MIS reports & perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
