This is a techno-functional role and involves fulfilling the roles of both a Project Manager and an Implementation consultant. You will own end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process until Go-live and successful handoff to Customer Success team.Key Responsibilities :- Help execute against a SOW (Statement/scope of Work).- Create and update Functional specification document (FSD) with creative solutions based on. client's business requirements and gap analysis.- Lead the overall project delivery and implement all the company services purchased by the client.- Manage multiple concurrent complex, global multi-phased implementations while following its Deployment Methodology and guide the client though the various implementation stages.- Effectively manage client expectations, drive client deliverables from Kick-off to Go-Live and key milestone client Signoffs.- Effectively work and communicate with all stakeholders, C-Level sponsors, and client projects teams.- Communicate complex ideas and persuade clients to adopt the recommended solutions based on best practices.- Continuously maintain strong functional and technical knowledge of all their products.- Effectively conduct training and product demonstration calls with clients remotely.- Regularly provide updates on client statuses and wherever required manage escalations while maintaining control of the project.- Coordinate with Product and Tech team members to meet development and configuration milestones to ultimately meet the client's requirements & timelines.- Deliver commitments including any project tracking systems and fulfilling administrative responsibilities while staying organized throughout the project.- Deliver outstanding client service to achieve high implementation survey scores.- Effectively contribute to comapnies project methodology, Solutions catalog, and document library.- Meet or exceed deployment productivity and quality metrics.- Work effectively with peers, other departments, and management.- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.Education & Experience :- Bachelors/ Masters in Commerce, Accounting or Engineering.- Minimum of four years of experience in implementing SaaS or Software applications.- Minimum of four years of project management and consulting experience.- Experience with fintech applications and knowledge of accounting processes.- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments.- Experience in client-facing/service roles a must.- Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work.environment.- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.Job Specific requirements :- Understanding of implementation methodologies and project management in a software.company.- Must have effective presentation and excellent written and oral communications skills.- Must possess the ability to work both strategically and tactically.- Excellent organizational, planning skills and negotiation skills.- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical concepts quickly.- Ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations - assess situations, solve problems,. and make decisions.- Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.- Ability to travel to client sites (30% 50%).
