Description:

Role : Service Now HRSD Tester (With Automation exp in Java Selenium)Experience : 4 - 8 YearsLocation : Hyderabad, WFOJob Requirements :- Conduct testing activities on the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including functional, regression, and integration testing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects.- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Execute test plans and test cases to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the ServiceNow HRSD system.- Perform root cause analysis on failed tests and provide recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.- Participate in the design and development of automated test scripts.- Report and track defects using defect tracking tools.- Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in testing methodologies.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.- Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, test design techniques, and test methodologies.- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD testing is highly preferred.- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or Zephyr.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.- Knowledge of HR Service Delivery processes is a plus.
