Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conga Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce administration, Conga/Apttus CPQ & Billing solutions, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role involves designing and implementing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and providing expert guidance on CLM systems.Key Responsibilities :- Salesforce Administration and Configuration : Administer and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.- Salesforce Development : Write and maintain code for Salesforce applications using Apex and other relevant technologies.- Conga/Apttus Solutions : Configure Conga/Apttus CPQ & Billing solutions, including setting up products and pricing.- Solution Design and Architecture : Provide the best possible solution and architecture approach for Salesforce-based applications.- Contract Management : Demonstrate deep business acumen in contract management processes and serve as the Conga CLM expert.- End-to-End Implementation : Plan, design, and implement CLM solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring they meet client needs and future requirements.- Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their requirements, produce solution design documents, and provide expert advice on CLM systems.Key Skills :- Salesforce Administration : Proficient in Salesforce admin and configuration tasks.- Conga (Apttus) Expertise : Hands-on experience with configuring Conga (Apttus) CPQ & Billing solutions.- Salesforce Development : Strong coding skills in Salesforce, including Apex development.- Implementation Experience : Demonstrated experience with multiple Conga CLM implementations.Qualifications :- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Professional Experience : Proven experience as a Conga Developer or similar role with a focus on Salesforce and Conga solutions.Additional Requirements :- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Client Management: Experience in interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.- Attention to Detail : High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
