Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced machine learning techniques, data analysis, and software development best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.- Data Analysis : Perform extensive data analysis to derive insights and inform model development.- Algorithm Selection : Select appropriate machine learning algorithms based on the problem requirements and data characteristics.- Feature Engineering : Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance.- Model Evaluation : Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.- Scalability : Ensure models are scalable and optimized for production environments.- Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into products.- Research : Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.- Mentorship : Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.Key Skills :- Machine Learning : Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.- Programming : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong emphasis on Python.- Data Manipulation : Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.- Machine Learning Libraries : Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.- Data Engineering : Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar.- Software Development : Strong software development skills, including experience with version control (Git) and software development best practices.- Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying machine learning models.- Big Data : Familiarity with big data technologies and processing large datasets.- Statistical Analysis : Strong foundation in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.- Communication : Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications :Educational Background : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.- A PhD is a plus.Professional Experience : 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.Additional Requirements :- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex machine learning challenges.- Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Innovation : A proactive approach to innovation and staying current with emerging trends in machine learning and AI.- Project Management : Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Leadership : Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
