Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programming Analyst with a strong background in the CRM industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in D365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform technical solutions, and experience as a Java code developer. This role requires proficiency in data modeling, agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and developing procedures and queries with Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent databases.Key Responsibilities :- D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform : Design, develop, and implement technical solutions using D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.- Java Development : Utilize Java for developing robust and scalable code solutions.- Data Modeling : Perform data modeling to design and manage databases efficiently.- Agile Methodologies : Apply agile methodologies for project management and software development.- Azure DevOps : Use Azure DevOps for task management, continuous integration, and deployment.- D365 Customer Insights : Leverage D365 Customer Insights to analyze and improve customer engagement strategies.- Database Management : Develop procedures and queries using Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2016 or higher) or equivalent databases like Oracle/Postgres.- Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and procedures.- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.Key Skills :- D365 Customer Engagement : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement.- Power Platform : Proficiency in developing solutions using the Power Platform.- Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.- Azure DevOps : Experience with Azure DevOps for project and task management.- D365 Customer Insights : Ability to utilize D365 Customer Insights for data analysis and business improvement.- SQL Server : Proficiency in developing procedures and queries with Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2016 or higher) or equivalent databases like Oracle/Postgres.Qualifications :- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Professional Experience : Proven experience as a Programming Analyst or similar role within the CRM industry.Additional Requirements :- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.- Attention to Detail : High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
