The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing Windows environments, particularly Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop, with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. As a Windows 365 Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Windows 365 environments to ensure seamless operations and maximum performance.Skills to Evaluate :- Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows 365 environments, including user provisioning, group policies, and security settings.- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Windows 365 Administrator Associate are a plus.- Understanding of ITIL and Agile frameworks to handle day-to-day operations.Responsibilities :- Configure and manage Windows 365 environments, including user provisioning, group policies, and security settings.- Maintain and optimize Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.- Implement and manage virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.- Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud computing needs related to Windows 365 environments.- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate technical information clearly.- Follow ITIL and Agile frameworks to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.Education Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Certified: Windows 365 Fundamentals- Microsoft Certified: Windows 365 Administrator Associate (ref:hirist.tech)
