Job Overview :We are hiring for a Project Manager in the exciting journey of developing a new healthcare product aimed at simplifying Medicare and Medicaid processes for US healthcare industry. This person will directly work with the Product Owner to create a product that solves the challenges in the US healthcare market using innovative technologies. This role is perfect for those with a background in project management,, particularly in the healthcare sector, and a keen interest in AI and healthcare innovation.Key Responsibilities :Agile Methodology : - Lead Agile ceremonies and processes like sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement. - Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog. - Should be an expert on using Jira with at least 5 projects handled on Jira. - This includes breaking down complex features into manageable user stories and tasks, ensuring they are well-defined and actionable for the development team. Project Management : - Lead the team consisting of Technical Solution Architects, UX Designers, Developers, QA, et al to ensure cohesive product development and delivery. - Excellent focus on details and data-driven project management.Stakeholder Management : - Act as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals. Performance Metrics : - Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring product success and guiding future strategy.Product Roadmap and Feature Backlog : - Work with the product owner to develop product roadmap and feature backlog, aligning with the strategic goals of the product. - Support requirement gathering process of a new healthcare product, ensuring it addresses market needs while complying with healthcare regulations.Requirement Gathering : - Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather and analyze product requirements. - Engage in as-is process mapping and design to-be process flows for optimal product functionality and user experience. - Define various user personas, including senior patients, healthcare providers, and healthcare brokers, physicians and nurse practitioners, to ensure the product aligns with their needs and expectations.Healthcare Industry Research : - Conduct in-depth research into US healthcare industry challenges and opportunities. - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify unmet needs, competitor analysis, and market opportunities in the healthcare sector.AI Usage : - We are a AI-driven team. - The candidate should already be actively using tools like ChatGPT to increase the quality and speed of all deliverables. Qualifications :- MBA or equivalent degree, with a mandatory experience of working for US healthcare industry and products- Experience in project management, especially in the healthcare industry.- Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and manage feature backlogs.- Familiarity with AI tools in a business context.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Experience in Agile development environments.- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 of those years specifically in a Business Analyst role.Must-Have Skills :1. Project Management : Experience in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.2. Agile Methodology : Excellence in Agile practices and principles, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and drive the team to adopt Agile practices.3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze complex data and provide solutions to business challenges.4. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.5. Leadership skills : Should have worked as Project Manager accountable for timelines and quality of deliverables for at least one full product development cycle for a new product. Should be able to motivate the team towards a common goal6. Technical Background : Knowledge of software development challenges, which can help in understanding technical constraints and possibilities.7. Industry Certifications : Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) can be advantageous.Good-to-Have Skills :1. Business Analysis Expertise : Strong skills in business requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.2. Healthcare Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and the U.S. healthcare system (Medicare and Medicaid).1. 2. User Experience Focus : Understanding of UX principles to contribute to product design discussions.5. Experience on AI projects : Any past experience of working on AI/ML projects would be a huge advantage. 6. Consulting Experience : Any past experience of working for business consulting companies would be considered advantageous.Others :Location : Mumbai/Pune.
