Certifications :Mandatory : Appian Associate Developer (L1) CertificationPreferred : Appian Senior Developer (L2) CertificationJob Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the Appian development team to ensure successful project delivery.- Design, develop, and optimize Appian process models, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.- Implement and manage process-related components such as activities, events, gateways, smart services, and integration services.- Utilize SAIL components effectively in developing robust and scalable applications.- Apply comprehensive knowledge of Appian functions to streamline and enhance application performance.- Manage user and group configurations, ensuring proper access control and permissions.- Create and manage records with advanced filtering and multiple views to support business processes.- Develop comprehensive process reports and tempo reports to provide insights into application performance and process efficiencies.- Design and implement sites with various types of pages to improve user interaction and experience.- Collaborate on integration efforts and custom plugin creation to extend Appian functionalities as needed.Technical Skills :Appian :- 6 to 10 years of experience in Appian application development.- Expertise in designing process models and understanding process model concepts.- Proficient in the use of SAIL components for developing user interfaces.- In-depth knowledge of Appian functions and their applications.- Strong understanding of managing groups and users within Appian.- Skilled in creating records with advanced filtering options and multiple views.- Proficient in developing process and tempo reports.- Experienced in designing and managing sites with diverse types of pages.- Knowledge or experience in integration and custom plugin creation is advantageous.Database :- Basic knowledge of database management, including the ability to write and understand select queries.- Proficiency in CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations.- Understanding of view creation within databases.- Knowledge of stored procedures and their implementation.Preferred Qualifications :- Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and manage project timelines.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
